The Sparrow is a two story cabin with a total of 1505 square feet. Of this space 1089 square feet are under A/C and 416 square feet under covered porches. The standard configuration for this cabin is two bedrooms, one bath, and a loft which can be used as an extra bedroom, home office, or entertainment area.
The base price of the Sparrow Cabin includes all of the
