About Us
Simple Life Development, LLC is a Tennessee company, family owned and operated. The owners, Juan and Maggie Cabrera, have over thirty years experience in the construction business.
Juan graduated from the School of Architecture, University of Havana, Cuba, in 1977. In 1982 Juan graduated from Allstate Construction College in Miami Florida and became a Ceterfied General Contractor in 1983. He has participated as a designer and/or builder in construction projects around the world.
Maggie is a paralegal, office manager, and has been a business owner since 1986. She has extensive management experience in the construction business and related fields.
